TH Homely is a family run business and is proud to consider each and every one of our staff as part of the TH Homely Family. TH Homely boasts an incredible development of staff, with our staff ranging from carers to care co-ordinators, all equally vital and respected within the TH Homely Family. Our staff are the backbone of TH Homely, and are thoroughly trained. All our staff undertake an intensive induction course as well as our ongoing training programme, to ensure our staff are continuously updated through a range of courses, including those specific to the needs of individual service users.

Our Team
Tilly Howarth
Director of TH Homely Care Services, Tilly is a registered Social Worker with over 17 years experience in the private healthcare industry. Tilly has extensive knowledge in safeguarding children and adult, court report writing and has worked closely with Children and Adults Social Workers. Tilly is responsible for the day to day running of the company and remains focused on quality standards and excellence in care.

Mark Howarth
Mark is the Deputy Manager of TH Homely Care Services. Initially from mechanic background travelling extensively around the world Mark has adapted his practical approach to building and developing a successful company. Mark in his position ensures that all team members have the resources to enable them to deliver an excellent service caring for our Service Users in their own homes.

Claire Blackwood
The Registered Manager is Claire Blackwood. Having spent 14 years as a Combat Medical Technician in the British Army, deploying in support of military operations and providing primary health care to soldiers both in barracks and whilst in hostile environments, Claire saw herself as well suited to working in a care environment. During her service Claire gained a large amount of medical training including working as a medical technician within the NHS and providing paramedic support including advanced life support and trauma training. Starting with childcare, Claire decided she was better suited to providing care in the community and started working as a carer for Bluebird Care. In the last 5 years Claire has fulfilled various roles including Team leader in both domiciliary care and care homes. During this time Claire has qualified for her NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Social and Health Care. Additionally, Claire has qualified in Dementia care and end of life.
